By purchasing from or using Intuitive Goddess 11:11, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a personalized reading or live guidance session. A parent or legal guardian must handle any purchase intended for a minor, and Intuitive Goddess 11:11 may decline a request that is not appropriate for the service.

Nature of services

Intuitive readings, channeled messages, astrology, numerology, dream interpretation, spiritual support, and related services are provided for spiritual reflection, personal insight, and entertainment. They do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other licensed professional services.

No guaranteed outcomes

Guidance reflects current information, energy, patterns, and possibilities. No specific event, contact, reconciliation, pregnancy, financial result, healing result, legal result, or decision by another person is guaranteed.

Questions that may be declined

Intuitive Goddess 11:11 may decline or redirect questions involving emergencies, self-harm, criminal activity, diagnosing illness, determining pregnancy, locating missing persons, guaranteed financial outcomes, legal strategy, or requests outside the purchased service.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate service, providing accurate information, using a working email address, checking the product description, and submitting requested details promptly. Questions and intake information should be sent by replying to the Shopify order-confirmation email so they remain connected to the correct order.

Appointments and delivery

Written readings and digital products are delivered electronically. Recorded-video services are delivered electronically only when that format is specifically offered. Live-session scheduling instructions are provided after purchase or on the Before Your Reading page. Late arrival does not extend a reserved appointment. Delivery estimates may be affected by missing or incorrect customer information.

Personal responsibility

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, relationships, finances, health decisions, and safety. Do not delay professional or emergency assistance based on an intuitive service.

Intellectual property and personal use

Personalized readings, written materials, videos, downloads, and other original content are provided for the purchasing customer's personal use. They may not be resold, republished, copied for commercial use, distributed as a digital product, or represented as another person's work without written permission.
