How Readings & Sessions Work

1. Choose the service that fits your situation

Read the complete product description before purchasing. Select the written, recorded-video, or phone format only when that format is listed as an available option. Intuitive Goddess 11:11 does not offer general audio readings.

2. Complete checkout

Use an email address you check regularly. Shopify sends your order confirmation to that address, and it is the main connection between you and your order.

3. Submit your question and required information

After checkout, reply directly to your order-confirmation email. Include your order number, your clear question or main topic, your first name, and any other names, dates of birth, or details requested in the service description. This keeps your information connected to the correct paid order.

Phone-session customers must also use the scheduling link provided on the Before Your Reading page and include the Shopify order number when booking.

4. Receive your service

Written readings and digital materials are delivered electronically. Recorded-video services are delivered through an electronic link when offered. Live-session customers receive or follow the applicable scheduling instructions after purchase.

Where do I enter my question?

Reply to the Shopify order-confirmation email after payment. Do not send a question through social-media comments or direct messages because those messages are not reliably connected to your order.

When does the delivery timeframe begin?

The processing window begins after payment is complete and all required information has been received. Missing or incomplete details can delay delivery.

Can I change my question after ordering?

Changes may not be possible after work has begun. Reply to the order-confirmation email immediately if you notice an error.

Are outcomes guaranteed?

No. Readings reflect current energy, patterns, and possibilities. Personal choices, another person's choices, and future circumstances can change.

Are readings refundable?

Personalized digital services and reserved session time are generally non-refundable after fulfillment has begun. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before ordering.
