Send complete information so your service is not delayed.

After checkout, reply directly to your Shopify order-confirmation email. That is the preferred way to submit your information because it keeps your question attached to the correct paid order. For delivery support, email intuitivegoddess1111@gmail.com and include your order number.

For all readings

• Your first and last name
• The name you prefer to be called
• Your Shopify order number
• The exact service purchased
• One clear, focused question or a concise explanation of the situation, unless the product is described as an open-message reading

Love and relationship readings

• Your first name and the other person's first name
• Your current relationship or communication status
• A short explanation of the situation
• Your focused question

Birth chart readings

• Birth date
• Exact birth time, including AM or PM
• Birth city, state or province, and country

Numerology readings

• Full name at birth
• Current full name
• Birth date

Dream interpretation

• One dream per order
• Everything you remember, including people, places, colors, emotions, repeated symbols, and how you felt after waking

Phone sessions

Purchase the phone-session service through the store first. Then book the same duration purchased through the Intuitive Goddess 11:11 scheduling page:

Book your 30- or 60-minute phone session

Include your Shopify order number in the booking notes. Choose a private, quiet place and be ready at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the reserved session.

Recorded-video services

When a recorded-video option is specifically offered, submit the same required information listed for that reading. A private electronic delivery link will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Privacy: Information submitted for a service is used to fulfill the order and communicate about that order. Do not send Social Security numbers, financial-account information, passwords, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
