Refund & Cancellation Policy

Intuitive Goddess 11:11 provides personalized digital readings, digital products, recorded-video services when specifically offered, and reserved live-session time. Please read the complete product description, format, delivery window, and information requirements before purchasing.

Personalized readings and services

Personalized written readings and recorded-video services are non-refundable after preparation or fulfillment has begun, or after the completed service has been delivered. A request received before work begins may be reviewed, but approval is not guaranteed.

Digital downloads

Digital-download purchases are generally non-refundable after the file or access link has been delivered. Contact support for a duplicate charge, an incorrect file, or a technical problem that prevents access.

Live phone or video sessions

Reserved appointment time is non-refundable. Submit a rescheduling request at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment whenever possible. Late arrival does not extend the reserved time. A missed appointment or a cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice may require a new purchase or booking.

Rush or same-day upgrades

Rush and same-day fees are non-refundable after priority work has begun. The delivery window begins only after all required customer information has been received. Missing or incomplete information can delay delivery and does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.

Errors and service cancellations

Email intuitivegoddess1111@gmail.com with the order number for a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a service canceled by Intuitive Goddess 11:11. When a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method when available.

No guaranteed outcome

Dissatisfaction with an intuitive message, disagreement with the guidance, or an outcome that develops differently does not by itself qualify an order for a refund. Intuitive services reflect current energy, patterns, and possibilities and do not guarantee a specific result.
