Intuitive Goddess 11:11 offers personalized digital readings, downloadable products, recorded-video services when specifically offered, and live guidance sessions. The format and estimated delivery window are listed in each product description.

How services and products are delivered

  • Written readings are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout.
  • Digital downloads are delivered through an electronic file or access link.
  • Recorded-video readings are delivered through a private electronic link when that option is specifically listed.
  • Live phone or video-session customers receive or follow the applicable scheduling instructions after purchase.

Intuitive Goddess 11:11 does not offer general audio readings.

Submitting your question

After checkout, reply directly to the Shopify order-confirmation email with the order number, question or topic, and all information requested in the product description. The processing window does not begin until the required information has been received.

Delivery timing

The estimated processing window listed on the purchased service begins after payment is complete and all required customer information is received. Missing, inaccurate, or incomplete information may delay fulfillment.

Email responsibility

Customers must provide an accurate email address and check the inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders. For delivery support, email intuitivegoddess1111@gmail.com with the customer's full name and Shopify order number.

Rush and same-day delivery

A rush or same-day upgrade must be purchased with an eligible service. Priority processing begins only after payment and all required information have been received.
